Deep Dive: New Strategies and Services

Whether you are an architectural design firm or a construction management company, one of the best ways to differentiate yourself is by offering products and services that set you apart from your competition. Join this DESIGN [realized] Event to learn how two remarkable firms met these challenges:

  • The Beck Group can demonstrate a decade of experience in delivering projects as an Integrated Enterprise: a single source for all building services - development, architectural design, estimating, and construction management - with a shared purpose and bottom line.
  • Lucchesi Galati Architects developed a unique practice and approach to client needs by combining Sustainability, Architecture and Sociology to create exceptionally valuable new service offerings.

Leave this event with ideas for identifying unmet needs in your market place and formulating a plan to develop new product and service offerings.

Integrated Project Delivery:
Virtual Design to Construction

Summer Event Series

The Deep Dive into New Products & Services is the third of our four-part DESIGN [realized] Integrated Project Delivery: Virtual Design to Construction (IPD/VDC) Summer Event Series.  This program explores how successful designers, builders, and building owners achieve significant project goals through the best use of process and technology such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), construction management and collaboration tools.

Our Inside Stories begin with an exploration of a project's architectural design parti. Project teams will share winning techniques to adopt, losing techniques to avoid, and other key experience gained as they have implemented IPD processes with VDC methodologies.

Deep Dive sessions provide the best current thinking on legal, management, and technological issues associated with IPD/VDC projects, as well as new product and service ideas.
